We neither have any role nor have any control over retention, our job is to find you the right person and you will have to actively look into retention. However, we give you two commitments in writing. First; within 7 days of you select and hire the person, in case you don’t like him/her, not only performance even if you have an issue with the behavior or habit, we will exchange the person. Second; if he/she is unable to adjust at your place and quits within a month, we will arrange you a replacement. PROCESS FLOW
Anytime the person wants to quit whether it is 4 days, 4 months or 4 years neither you can force him/her to stay nor can we. Jo bhi kaam karegi apne khushi se marji se kaam karegi.
We don't give any guarantee of retention, if the person quits within a month, we shall arrange another person for you. The logic of 1 month is that, normally one who doesn’t want to work is known within a month. Once someone completes a month is considered as well set and generally expected to continue. Please understand:-
Step 1- you give your requirement and we arrange the person as per your requirement.
Step 2- you meet and interview the person and hire only if you 100% like.
Step 3- the person works for 7 days and you like his/her performance and behavior.
Step 4- the person completes 1 month and he/she likes to work at your place.
Thereafter if anything happens you will have to take responsibility.
You will have to take the complete responsibility of retention.
We often go out of the way to help, if the reason is genuine. But, if there are issues due to which the person leaves and you are unwilling to solve it, we may deny to arrange you a person even if you are willing to pay our fees. We will certainly offer you a fee waiver partially or fully, in case of a genuine reason.
1. Work overload/ erratic time table/ no rest, 2. Not giving food in time, 3. Harsh behavior.
1. Pay salary in time, 2. Allow leave whenever he/she needs it, 3. Immediately take care on falling ill, 4. Give food in time, 5. Give rest at intervals, 6. Try to help in personal problems.
At the time of joining, we try to bring in as much clarity as possible between the employer and the employee on all aspects including what the person will do and not do, rest time, sleep time, mobile use, staying arrangement, bathroom use, leave policy, salary date, baggage check at exit, no one from his/her family will be visiting your place, etc., so that the relationship will run smoothly and last long. We do not get any verification done, we shall handover the person to you along with ID proof copy and permanent address. However, we give you guarantee that in case you are doing a verification and find anything negative in it, we will promptly exchange the person without any charges. How to get a person
Yes, this one is very effective:- if you can go and see his/her permanent place in his/her village, He/she will surely think 10 times before doing any mischief.
No, police verification only gives you an insight into the past. You have to be always careful and vigilant when you are keeping an outsider in your home. You have to be responsible for your safety and security day in and day out.
You will have to take complete responsibility of such things.
From security point of view, we make the house help agree to 2 things at the time of joining;
1> that no one from his/her family will visit your house without your prior permission,
2> whenever the person will go on leave he/she'll get bags checked at your house exit.
In case of stealing you can take help of police & we'll surely help you with whatever we can.
In this regard we shall strongly urge you to install cctv cameras to keep vigil.
It is practically not possible. If someone tells you that he/she takes guarantee, pls ask if the the person steals 10k and runs away will he/she return that money to you.
Even if you get a police verification done, and he/she runs away with 10k the next day, will police give you the money unless and until she is caught and money recovered. So ultimately your security is in your own hands and you better be careful from day one.
Answer is no. After you interview and select the person, you will have to complete the payment, then we shall share his/her ID proof copy and you can do verification.
We of course will guarantee you that, in case you find anything negative in verification, we'll change the person without any charges.

Yes, normally people from nearby places go home once in 1 or 2 months. People from far away places normally go home once in 3 or 4 months. Emergencies you can't predict. You can offer salary against leave as an incentive to encourage them to take less leave.
Yes you can deduct salary for leaves beyond 3 days. Leaves 3 per month includes all requirements like festival, own & family health, family function, govt. ration/bhatta etc.
These people are always hand to mouth. If it is middle of the month, you can give advance for number of days worked.
Bed is good but not mandatory. You surely will have to provide the bedding, (masina/ gantha/ gadda/ chaddar).
The question of maid running away doesn't arise, because at the time of joining it will be absolutely clear to her that anytime she decides not to work at your place, neither we nor you will force her to do so.

We make our best effort to arrange you the right person, we also give you full opportunity to interview in detail before selecting the person. After that, in case it doesn't work; we have to take joint responsibility, we shall arrange one more person & you shall pay 500.
This is essential to ensure a peaceful separation whenever it takes place. The poor fellow is going into your house trusting us, it is our duty to make sure that he/she gets his/her due.
Yes, you can adjust the security deposit in any month you consider as last month and ask him/her to collect salary from our office and go home.
You can just give a declaration of loss of the receipt and we will refund the security deposit.
No, not at all. Our service is absolutely free for the maid/house help.
No. Salary is payable by you directly to the person you are hiring.
No, we don't have a card swipe machine. You can pay by cash or account transfer or Google pay/ Phone pe through mobile number/ scan code/ upi id.
We charge you a fee for our efforts to arrange you a person. Once we have put in our effort to arrange a person and you have selected and hired him/her, paid our fees; then it can't be refunded. In case you have issues, we will arrange you a exchange/ replacement as per our policy (7days/ 1month and maximum 3 options).
They come to us from a distance of 50/100/200 km. It is a major expense for them to come to Bhubaneswar. So you need to meet, interview, decide, finalize the same day. Anyways we give you 7 days time for exchange in case you don't like the person. PROCESS FLOW
Coming down for a face to face interaction is always better. Alternatively, you can take the interview over audio/video call and complete the formalities online, then send your driver or staff to pick up the person from our office or book auto/cab/Ola to take him/her home.
All our terms conditions are non-negotiable. We shall be able to provide you with a person only if you completely agree with our terms conditions. We always try to be fair to both. All our terms conditions are practical and realistic, we want you to be fully aware of the facts at the outset and be under no wrong impression.

No, it's not possible. It's rather the other way round, when one maid comes to us, we line up 2 or 3 customers. We try our best to arrange the maid as per your requirement, but in case you don't select her, not to worry, we shall call you on the next opportunity.
During the second option we take care of the problems that took place in the first case. Normally in 90% cases it gets resolved in the second option, rarely it goes to third.

1. Replacement during leave is not possible as the person is not in our payroll. As per our system we provide you with a person who will be your employee and in your payroll.
2. We help you to clarify all points before you hire the person, in a personal interview, which improves understanding and makes the future relationship smooth and long lasting.
3. It has been our constant endeavor throughout since 2013 to search and find out good people for you. About guarantee of the person, it's simply not practically possible.
4. All customers who followed our rules have benefited in the long run in retention.
